How-to Sign Up For Training
Step 1
Setup a first-time evaluation
If you have never trained with Coach before, you must first setup a Preliminary Training Evaluation through the scheduling system. You can find this by navigating to Booking > Schedule > Other > Preliminary Training Evaluation.
This gives Coach and the athlete a chance to get to know one another as well as get some baseline measurements and perform a gait analysis before choosing to move forward.
If you have already trained with Coach or done your evaluation, skip this step and proceed to Step 2.
Step 2
Choose a plan
Next, decide if you are looking to commit for at least 3 months for our group training package, or if you want to work 1-on-1 for a day with Coach. Grab yourself a 1-on-1 or group package from our Services.
Step 3
Review and sign contract
If you want to subscribe to one of our long-term group programs, head over to our Coach-Client Agreement below and read it thoroughly! In order to work together, we must first set a few simple ground rules and understand what to expect from each other moving forward 😉 Sign and agree, move to Step 4.
Step 4
Schedule
Once you have found the perfect training package for you, head over to Booking > Schedule and select a group to join from under the Group Training section, or choose the 1-on-1 option under the 1-on-1 section, fill out any necessary information, and time that works for you.
You’re all set! You will receive a confirmation email to add the event to your calendar and see your coach at the date, time, and venue.
If this is your first time, you should also receive an email with a copy of the contract and a reminder what to bring to your first practice.
If you have purchased a subscription package, you need only follow this step from here on out until your package has run out.
