Expectations For All In-Person Training Programs

  • All athletes are required to do a one-time two-hour preliminary evaluation before starting any training program.

  • For group training, every athlete must commit to a minimum of one (1) high-quality training session per week, per month.

  • All athletes are given specific homework to do each week to perform on their own.

  • Parents and athletes have access to Coach Bubb for any inquiries or pictures/videos via GroupMe or Google Drive.

  • All sessions are specifically designed and executed for the athlete’s event.

  • Your investment covers intense and highly focused training with Coach for the set term. If the athlete does their homework and continues to be active and engaged at each practice, they will see positive results.

Training Packages

We have a group training package for all athletes on a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure proper development.

Whether you are in season, coming up on your season, on summer break, or looking to take the time to properly grow long-term, we have you covered!

These not only provide our athletes with individualized programs and attention for longer growth and development but also give you the opportunity to join similar athletes working toward the same goals.

We recommend these packages to just about anyone looking to take it to the next level and have some fun with others while doing so. We limit each group training session to five (5) athletes to keep things moving and allow for repetition and individual attention.

1-on-1 Training

Every athlete has the option to train 1-on-1 with Coach during an available time slot for a separate and additional fee. Only those who have invested in the Annual Elite Package can train 1-on-1 once a week as a part of their program.

1-on-1 training is a perfect chance for athletes to receive extra time and focus on developing a particular aspect or skill during a session. This is also perfect for traveling athletes, in-season competitors, or those who can’t commit to a long-term program yet but need a quick tune-up.

If you want the chance to dig deeper into a skill without other team members, this is a great place to take all Coach’s attention and hone in!
