  • Is CoachXPro Insured?

    Yes! We carry sport-specific liability insurance for a variety of different sports through K&K Insurance. We don’t take chances when it comes to our athletes, even when the chance is small.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We provide full refunds for individuals who have purchased one of our “Services” within 14 days. If you have committed to a camp, you will not receive refunds if you cancel within 5 days of said camp’s start date, or you “no-show”.

  • What if I cancel a session last minute or don't show up?

    You are allowed to cancel an individual session without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the session. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, you will be charged a $30 fee for missing to cover any expenses or inconveniences (gas, time, facility rental costs, etc).

  • How long are your private coaching sessions?

    With exception of our online sessions, sessions are held for 2 hours. This includes time for warm ups and cool downs. We do allow for some athletes to arrive early and do warm ups before the session begins so they have more time to do technical work or ask questions, etc.

  • What does a typical session look like?

    We begin every private coaching session with an appropriate warm up, followed by our goals for the day, the workout, and a cool down routine. We ALWAYS allow for questions, concerns, flexibility to adapt to a need, and fun banter as long as it doesn’t take away from the process. As Coach Bub always says, “If you aren’t having fun in sports, why are you doing it?”

  • What can I expect from you, Coach?

    We have a more unique coaching style that leverages our happy-go-lucky personalities. It allows for athletes to enjoy coming to practice and able to let loose, but not so much to allow distractions from your goals. With 15+ years of experience coaching athletes to state records, national championships, and the Olympic Games, you can rest assured you’re in good hands.

  • Should I prepay or do monthly installments?

    This is entirely up to you and your financial or budgetary needs. We recommend if you have the means to prepay, do it. This grants you a significant kickback. If you feel you cannot, that’s fine! We give you the option of paying in increments over the course of your journey.

  • Are there any discounts?

    We’re continuously finding ways to help ease the financial burdens of our top-tier services. Currently, we have a brand new work-exchange program where you help us grow the business while earning training sessions, family discounts, prepay discounts, and referral discounts!
