See what sets us apart below.

Make training simple, make it effective, make it understood.

At our core, we are a group of individuals who believe that sports can still be fun, and performance can always be pushed. We are committed to creating pathways and solutions for athletes in any conceivable way, so that athletes can become the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally. Our story began with a deep passion for sports and helping athletes achieve their fullest potential with the resources they need to do so.

Our Core Values

At CoachXPro, we believe in a set of core values that guide everything we do. These values include:

  • Performance: We are always striving to push the boundaries of what is possible in terms of speed and performance.

  • Innovation: We are constantly pushing the envelope when it comes to new training methods and techniques.

  • Excellence: We strive to be the best in everything we do, from our coaching to our customer service to our approach to success.

  • Teamwork: We believe that working together as a team is the key to achieving great things.

Our People

CoachXPro was founded by Coach Jeremy Bubb, a decathlete with a thirst for knowledge and a drive to give athletes highly refined tools and information to train to the best of their abilities, regardless of experience and skill level. He has brought together a team of talented individuals to help bring his vision to life, including Olympic athletes, professional sports performance coaches, and field experts who bring decades of experience to the table. But our team is more than just our leaders; it's the amazing individuals who work tirelessly every day to make our vision a reality.

The Problem

When we first started out, we saw a major problem in the marketplace. As former athletes, we experienced firsthand the importance of individual attention and compassion in sports coaching, and what we noticed was tired or misinformed training concepts that were not producing the results athletes deserved. Not to mention the severe lack of quality or available coaching. It was time for a change.

For us, it was frustrating to find proper training information online or in-person in one place that we could trust, that was also easy to understand.

We also wanted to provide athletes with a comprehensive and personalized training experience, taking into account not just their physical abilities, but also their mental and emotional well-being. Kids were coming to us telling us how their school coaches were telling them they “sucked”, or discouraging them from trying things, or outright now showing up at all.  This was effectively making inexperienced athletes, looking for help themselves, the new team coach.

Our Solution

We stepped in to fill a much needed gap. We began building out tools, systems, workshops, and websites dedicated to making the athletic journey easier to follow and with a more linear trajectory. Leveraging partnerships with local tech startups, our experience as highly certified coaches, and tireless research on modern sciences, the dream started to take shape.

Additionally, our coaches and trainers are not just certified and experienced, they are also compassionate and empathetic – they’ve been in the exact same position. They understand that every athlete is unique and has different needs and goals, but also that athletes are people who experience many ups and downs outside of sports and that those experiences can affect livelihood and performances as well.

We have seen the impact of our work in the lives of the athletes we have coached. Our athletes have achieved personal bests, won championships, and gone on to successful careers in their respective sports. But more than that, we have seen our athletes become confident, resilient, and mentally tough individuals who are prepared to tackle any challenge that comes their way.

We believe that our success is not just measured by the results our athletes achieve, but also by the relationships we build with them. We value open communication and honest feedback, and we strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where our athletes feel empowered to reach their full potential.

Today, we are proud to say that our work has made a real difference. Our solutions have helped countless individuals and teams achieve their goals, and we have received nothing but high praises from our clients. But more than that, we are proud of the positive impact we have had on the sports world and the lives of those we meet on a daily basis.

The Future

Looking to the future, we are building out a 10,000 sq ft indoor facility to allow year-round training for those who would otherwise have to train in the snow or skip out due to poor weather conditions in Colorado. We also want to run more camps and workshops dedicated to spreading our successful systems and knowledge to those worldwide who wouldn't have access to it otherwise.

We plan to build partnerships with more tech companies, sports psychologists, physical therapists, etc. Eventually, we hope to run our own spectacular and unique events that both athletes and fans are excited to partake in.

We believe that there is so much more we can do, and we are excited to continue on this journey with our athletes and partners by our side.

Discourse

We value our athletes' feedback, how they do outside of sports, and in their everyday lives. We live our own lives through one simple statement: "Just don't suck." It reminds us that there is always room for improvement but that we should always strive to be the best we can be on the day. You can’t suck if you give honest effort in each endeavor. Results come as a result of positive thought and serious, strategic intent. We are committed to our athletes and their success, and we will continue to provide the support and resources necessary for them to achieve their goals.

Whatever you do, just don’t suck.
— Coach Bubb

Setting

We are proud to be based in Aurora, CO, where we have access to some of the brightest athletes and most innovative resources. Our work takes us all around, and we are always looking for new opportunities to positively impact on a grander scale. Our facility is nearly emptied of all the junk previously in our way, blueprints have been submitted to the county, and equipment is pouring in. We are currently set up with raised runways, Olympic pole vault pits and tons of poles, curved treadmills, hurdles, shot put rings, sprint blocks, push sleds, med balls, cameras, and so much more! We look to be installing bathrooms, new heaters, rubber and turf flooring, high jump pits, a sand pit, another pole vault pit, a weight area, and a plethora of other amazing things (maybe an arcade??). Come take a look for yourself and see what you’re missing!

You have problems, we have solutions

Below are what we consider to be the most common problems (and our solutions) parents and athletes face when looking for a training program.

Do any of these ring true to you?

Access and Resources

  • CoachXPro is run by former university coaches, high school coaches, elite and Olympic athletes, as well as current and former collegiate athletes within our system learning to develop their own coaching skills. We carry numerous certifications through USATF and Specialist Certifications through USTFCCCA, in every event area.

  • We have begun building out our new 10,000+ sq ft indoor facility which includes two pole vault runways, an in-ground sand pit for long jump/triple jump, shot put and discus rings, three 50m track lanes for sprints/hurdles, a high jump area, full-sized weight room, kitchen and cafe, even an little arcade area! We will also have space for our physical therapist and mental performance coach. All this to give track and field athletes the leg up on their competition throughout the indoor season or inclement weather in Colorado. God knows we all need it.

  • CoachXPro offers several affordable coaching packages for group or individual training, as well as offer referral discount opportunities for those who know of other athletes that are interested in joining. We also have family discounts as well as a brand new work exchange program to get kids involved in the business and build skills while earning money back on their track training! We are always willing to work with those in need.

  • While not necessary, we appreciate donations from anyone or any business. This allows us a chance to give back to our athletes and community. By donating to our programs, you could be supplying a kid in need with a needed pair of specialized track shoes, or helping cover transportation costs or meet entry fees. It also gives us the special opportunity to help fix one of our athlete’s flat tires, etc, reducing financial burdens for our amazing parents.

  • Not only does CoachXPro have in-person training for groups and 1-on-1s for individuals, we also have online training from anywhere, summer camps, 1-day workshops, coaching workshops, technical video feedback, and more. We work with athletes from coast to coast who fly out to us or hop on Zoom calls all the time to receive help from one of our dedicated coaches.

Training and Program Structure

  • Our training systems are just that – systems. We have structured each program based on years of experience coaching and developed for all skill levels unique to each individual athlete and event group.

  • Athletes perform standardized tests that we track and analyze throughout the year. This gives the coaches a tool to monitor athlete development and determine if adjustments are needed. It also lets athletes compete against themselves and others during the off-season which can be fun!

  • We pride ourselves on frequent communication practices at, and away from training sessions. It’s imperative athletes understand what it is they are doing and why, as well as feeling free and open to ask questions or voice concerns. Coaches are also available via text and email at all times, and updates are provided through mobile apps, social media, and our website, to keep parents and athletes informed on schedules, events, progress, etc.

Health and Safety

  • As a part of our larger, holistic solution for our team of athletes, we provide nutritional counseling and materials as part of your coaching programs to optimize athletes' diets and performance.

  • We are proud partners with Select Physical Therapy who have locations all around the country and provide premier physical therapy to our athletes at a discount. They also employ a range of other products and services such as recovery equipment and gait analysis to help address injury prevention along with rehabilitation.

  • We recognize that we are, first and foremost, surrogate parents or family members to our athletes. Safety is a large concern. Facilities and equipment are well-maintained, monitored, and coaches are trained to understand the nuances of the sport and potential risks athletes may experience. We also maintain up-to-date insurance coverages for all training modalities.

Athlete Development

  • CoachXPro will soon be starting a track and field club where any of our athletes interested in participating will have more opportunities to compete in local and regional track meets throughout the winter and summer months under our banner!

  • One of the most important aspects of sport is often overlooked, and that’s mental skills training. For this reason, we have partnered with Optimum Mental Performance Training, a sports performance business, and constantly work with our athletes at each training session to better their confidence and self-awareness to build mental resilience. This is something we test bi-annually.

  • As former collegiate coaches and athletes, we have a unique understanding of what colleges are looking for, what to expect, and how coaches think when assessing potential student-athletes. We help guide and put together action plans for reaching out to coaches, as well as bring in current collegiate coaches to run classes to help educate athletes looking to go to the next level or gain some exposure.

  • The beauty of our staff is how passionate we are about growing our athletes as people. Hall of Fame Coach Dwayne Vandenbusche said many times, “You’re a good person first, then a good student, THEN a good athlete.” Each coach is vetted with that mentality in mind and truly wants to be a guide to help each athlete grow in the sport, but also for the bigger picture outside sport. We strive to inspire them to be better people and help pass it along.

  • At CoachXPro we aim to always be as transparent and forthright as possible. One such method of alleviating concerns is hosting regular parent meetings or phone calls to educate and update them on their child's progress and the program's goals throughout the year.

  • Our new schedule has up to three separate time slots per event group to train per week. These times accommodate typical school hours and allow parents and athletes flexibility for other commitments. If you can’t make it one day, you have two other chances throughout the week to get the training you need!

  • We try our best to create an expansive team of athletes from all over Denver and surrounding areas, and by doing so, create opportunities for parents and athletes to work together in carpools when needed. This can help a family in a tight pinch if something happens where they can’t make it to practice. One team, one dream!
