For those serious athletes who need more focused 1-on-1 attention with Coach. This is perfect for anyone seeking specific work on a particular aspect of training throughout the year, or anyone who isn’t ready to commit to a long-term coaching program but needs the training with an experienced private coach.

For many of you, this will be heavily focused on speed and power development to increase your acceleration, top end speed, change of direction, in-game decision making, or technical skills training as your track and field coach.

Training will be dictated by what you, as the athlete, is looking to achieve short-term and will be held over a 90 minute private coaching session. Each session is a one-off, meaning it is for one time and will be available to any athlete as many times as you would like to re-book.

Who this is for:

  1. College athletes on break

  2. Athletes not ready to fully commit to a long-term program

  3. Professional and non-professional athletes traveling to Denver area short-term

  4. Athletes on a program but wanting an extra session, etc
