Coach will be out of town and unavailable to do in-person training, BUT will be free for Zoom calls, GroupMe, etc. The team will have access to the warehouse and be given workouts to do separately on their own or together for group sessions (recommended). The team will be updated on this through scan cards and/GroupMe. Happy Holidays!
